What is tnOtukDegM?
Sets how many consecutive bad seconds (as defined by tnOtukDegThr) must occur before the interface declares a signal-degrade defect, and how many consecutive good seconds are needed to clear it again; configurable from 2 to 10, a higher value makes the defect declaration less sensitive to brief error bursts.
