Description: If input source 1 voltage level is above this value, a unit connected to source 2 will transition to source 1 (if it is the preferred source). The maximum value allowed is dictated by tlpAtsConfigHighVoltageReset. The minimum value allowed is dictated by tlpAtsConfigSource1BrownoutSet. If not supported, this value will return ERROR_NO_SUCH_NAME.
