Description: If a unit is disconnected due to over-voltage, the line voltage has to fall below this value before the unit re-connects the AC input connection. The maximum value allowed is dictated by tlpAtsConfigHighVoltageTransfer. The minimum value allowed is dictated by the greater of tlpAtsConfigSource1TransferReset and tlpAtsConfigSource2TransferReset. If not supported, this value will return ERROR_NO_SUCH_NAME.
