trpzTraplogNewestTrapTime

Module: TRAPEZE-NETWORKS-TRAPLOG-MIB

OID (symbolic): TRAPEZE-NETWORKS-TRAPLOG-MIB::trpzTraplogNewestTrapTime

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.14525.4.13.1.2.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TimeStamp

Access: read-only

Description: The value of sysUpTime when the latest entry was placed in the log. If the entry occurred before the most recent management system initialization this object value MUST be set to zero.

If no trap was logged yet this object value MUST be set to zero.

Otherwise should be same as the value of trpzTraplogTrapTime for the latest entry in trpzTraplogTrapTable, _if_ these objects were read at exactly same time.

What is trpzTraplogNewestTrapTime?

This read-only value reports the sysUpTime value at which the most recent trap log entry was added, set to zero if no trap has been logged yet, or if the entry predates the most recent management-system restart. An admin uses this to gauge how recently the last logged event occurred relative to the switch's current uptime. For example, a trpzTraplogNewestTrapTime very close to the current sysUpTime confirms a trap was logged just moments ago.
