Category: IP Routing and Multicast

Description: Manages TP-Link switch route map policy configuration for routing protocol redistribution control.

Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.

What Is TPLINK-ROUTEMAP-MIB?

TPLINK-ROUTEMAP-MIB is a TP-LINK proprietary MIB configuring IP prefix lists and route maps for policy-based routing/redistribution. Its IP-prefix-config table, keyed by name/sequence, records mode, network, mask ge/le bounds, and item status; a route-map-config table records name, mode, rule ID, and item status; and a route-map-match-config table records match mode, source/destination-IP ACL and prefix-list references, next-hop ACL/prefix-list, and match metric. As a configuration MIB it lets an administrator confirm which prefix lists and match criteria a route map applies on a TP-LINK Layer 3 switch. It is deployed on TP-LINK Layer 3 switching equipment (route maps). Engineers can download the TPLINK-ROUTEMAP-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in TPLINK-ROUTEMAP-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Supported Devices

  • TP-LINK Layer 3 switching equipment (route maps)

Monitoring Examples

An administrator checks tpRouteMapMatchConfigTable and tpIpPrefixConfigTable to confirm which prefix list a route map matches on a TP-LINK Layer 3 switch.

What Can Be Monitored

  • route-map and IP-prefix-list match configuration
