What is tnSvcTlsPropMacFlushFromBVpls?

This boolean setting controls whether MAC address flush events from a backup VPLS (Virtual Private LAN Service) are automatically propagated into the local internal VPLS instance. A service provider uses this configuration to manage MAC address table consistency during VPLS failover scenarios. Enabling propagation ensures that address learning and forwarding tables stay synchronized across the backup and active VPLS.
