Description: The value of the object tnSvcTlsMrpFloodTime specifies the amount of time in seconds after a status change in the TLS during which traffic is flooded. Once that time expires, traffic will be delivered according to the MRP registrations which exist in the TLS.
The value of 0 indicates that no flooding will occur on state changes in the TLS.
