Description: This value of the object tnSvcRowStatus specifies the status of this row.
To delete an entry from this table, the corresponding service must be administratively down, have no SAP's defined on it, and have no SDP bindings.
For tnSvcType 'vprn', the service can be associated with a routing instance by specifying tnSvcVRouterId during the creation of the service.
The value of the object tnSvcVplsType specifies the VPLS service type. The value of this object must be specified when the row is created and cannot be changed while the tnSvcRowStatus is 'active'.
