Description:
The value of tnSvcEndPointIgnoreStandbySig specifies whether the local internal tasks will take into account the 'pseudo-wire forwarding standby' bit received from the LDP peer which is normally ignored.
When set to 'true', this bit is not considered in the internal tasks.
