Description:
The value of tnSapTlsDhcpMtnSapTrigger specifies whether the receipt of DHCP trigger packets on this VPLS SAP with a tnSapSubType value of 'capture' will result in a Radius authentication that will provide a service context and the creation of a SAP with a tnSapSubType value of 'managed'.
An attempt to set the value tnSapTlsDhcpMtnSapTrigger to 'true' on a SAP with tnSapSubType other than 'capture' will return an 'inconsistentValue' error.
