The number of out-of-profile packets (rate above CIR) forwarded by the ingress Qchip.
What is tnSapBaseStatsIngressQchipForwardedOutProfPackets?
This OID counts packets arriving at a network service access point that exceed the committed traffic rate and are forwarded by the ingress traffic processor. These out-of-profile packets may be rate-limited or deprioritized. An operator would monitor this to verify that traffic shaping rules are correctly allowing burst traffic above the contracted rate.
