What is tnIPSourceGuardDynamicToStatic?

tnIPSourceGuardDynamicToStatic is a one-shot trigger that, when set to true(1), converts all currently learned dynamic IP Source Guard entries into permanent static entries; reading it always returns false(2) regardless of prior activity. An admin uses this to lock in the current set of dynamically-learned client bindings as permanent static rules, for example after a DHCP snooping learning period has stabilized. For example, an admin sets this object to true once satisfied that all legitimate hosts have been learned dynamically, converting them to static entries that survive even if DHCP lease information is lost.
