This is the standard RowStatus control column that creates or deletes an entry in the tnConnProfTable, representing one VLL connection profile on a Nokia SROS system. An admin sets it to createAndGo(4) to provision a new connection profile in one step, or to destroy(6) to remove one, though deletion is blocked unless all references to that profile in existing SAPs and the ATM member table have already been removed. For example, an admin trying to delete an in-use connection profile by setting tnConnProfRowStatus to destroy(6) would be rejected until every SAP referencing that profile is reconfigured first.
