What is tnCesProfSchedStartTimeMonHours?
Sets the hour (0-23) at which this profile's Monday active schedule window begins; the start time must not fall after the configured stop time. An admin uses this to define when a time-based routing rule (e.g. business-hours routing) kicks in on Mondays.
