What is tSASMpBwPlcyLastChanged?

This read-only TimeStamp reports the sysUpTime value at which this multipoint bandwidth policy row was last modified. An admin or management system uses this to detect when a policy's configuration, such as its ingress aggregate rate, was last touched, which is useful for change auditing or cache invalidation. For example, comparing the current tSASMpBwPlcyLastChanged value to the timestamp of a previous poll tells the admin whether policy mcast-bw-1 has been reconfigured since then.
