This read-create Integer32, expressed in megabits per second, specifies the aggregate rate of multipoint traffic that will be admitted at ingress for replication under this bandwidth policy. An admin sets this to cap the total bandwidth consumed by all multipoint streams sharing this policy before they are replicated out to receivers, with a value of -1, the default, meaning no aggregate limit is enforced. For example, setting tSASMpBwPlcyIngrAggrRate to 500 limits the total ingress multipoint traffic admitted under this policy to 500 Mbps regardless of how many streams are active.
