What is inCCerr?

This value reports the count of continuity counter errors detected on the input transport stream, which flag dropped or reordered MPEG-TS packets. Admins use a rising inCCerr count to catch stream corruption that wouldn't necessarily show up in the RF-level SNR or FEC readings. It often correlates with the alarmTsErr notification when errors become severe.
