What is matStsInvLosLossVoltage?

This reports the configured low-loss (under-voltage cutoff) threshold for the STS module's inverter input, in tenths of a volt. An admin diagnosing a rejected inverter source on the STS would compare matStsInvInputVoltage against this threshold to see if it fell below the cutoff.
