Description: STS fan speed.
What is matConfStsFanSpeed?
This configures the STS module's cooling fan speed mode, normalSpeed(1) or fullSpeed(2). An admin running the STS module in a hot enclosure would set this to fullSpeed(2) to maximize cooling at the cost of extra fan noise.
