What is telProdWebProbeMonResetPPPCommand?

Setting this to reset(1) tears down the PPP connection on the interface identified by the row's index; on GET it reports the outcome: ok(2), error(3), or undefined(4) if never attempted. An admin uses this to force a PPP link to renegotiate, e.g. to recover from a hung session, without physically power-cycling the interface.
