What is telProdWebProbeConfTCPwindow?
Configures the TCP window size (1-65535 bytes) used for the HTTP connections the Web probes make. An admin increases this to improve measured throughput accuracy on high-bandwidth, high-latency links where a small default window would otherwise cap the probe's own measured speed.
