Description: State of secondary link. Possible values are: (0) Disabled, when there is no enabled association or where the WRR is globally disabled. (1) Initial, state of the device when starting up. The secondary interface is available. If the Primary Up event occurs, then it passes to a Direct state, if the Primary Down event occurs it then passes to Direct->Alternative. (2) Direct, the secondary is available as all the controlled primary links are active. (3) Alternative, when the First Stabilization Time expired out event arrives. With this the secondary interface auto test begins so it will activate. (4) Direct->Alternative (or rerouting), when the secondary link is available but it has received a Primary Down event from one of the associated primaries. (5) Alternative->Direct (or reestablishing), the Primary Up event from one of the primaries associated has occurred.

What is telProdNpMonFeatWRRSecIfcsStatusRRState?

The current WRR state machine state of this secondary link: disabled(0) when WRR is off or no association is enabled, initial(1) at startup, direct(2) while all its primaries are up, alternative(3) once backup has fully activated, direct-alternative(4) while rerouting is in progress after a primary went down, or alternative-direct(5) while switching back after a primary recovered. An admin watches for alternative(3) or direct-alternative(4) as a live indicator that this router is currently running on backup.
