What is telProdNpMonFeatQosClear?

This enumerated object both triggers and reports the result of clearing the QoS statistics counters for a given interface, policy, and class row: writing delete(1) clears the counters, and reading back reports ok(2), error(3), or undefined(4) if never cleared. Admins write delete(1) to reset accumulated packet, byte, and rate counters for a specific class when starting a fresh measurement period. After setting telProdNpMonFeatQosClear to delete(1), a subsequent read returning ok(2) confirms the counters for that class were successfully reset.
