Node type: NOTIFICATION-TYPE

Description: This trap shows the event happened in the system. In order to identify the event, the trap has the mask of the event and its parameters, moreover, the subsystem and the event number in the subsystem. Furthermore it has the sequence number of the traps of the same type.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):

snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' TELDAT-MIB::telSistemaEventos
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.2007.0.1

Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):
