What is stCommand?
Issues a command against this station table entry and reports its result: ok(1) or error(2) as outcomes, activate(3) to bring the entry into use, or delete(4) to remove it. An admin writes activate to start managing a newly configured remote station's phone number, or delete to remove a station no longer being managed.
