What is telProdNpConProtNtpPeerStatus?

This read-write value lets an admin dynamically add or delete NTP peer entries: setting it to 2 adds an instance, setting it to 3 deletes it, while ok(1) represents the normal steady-state status of an existing entry. An admin uses this row-management mechanism to provision or remove NTP servers from the router's configuration. For example, setting this object to 2 on a new peer entry with the address and port already configured adds that server to the router's active NTP peer list.
