t11FcSpActiveZoneSetHash

Module: T11-FC-SP-ZONING-MIB

OID (symbolic): T11-FC-SP-ZONING-MIB::t11FcSpActiveZoneSetHash

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.177.1.1.1.1.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: T11FcSpPolicyHashValue

Access: read-only

Description: The value of the hash for the current Active Zone Set. The format of this value is given by the corresponding instance of t11FcSpActiveZoneSetHashType.

What is t11FcSpActiveZoneSetHash?

This object holds the hash value computed over the fabric's currently Active Zone Set, in the format identified by t11FcSpActiveZoneSetHashType. Admins compare this hash across switches in the fabric to verify all switches agree on the same active zoning configuration, or check it before and after a change to confirm the zone set was updated as expected. If two switches in the same fabric report different values here, that mismatch indicates the fabric's active zoning has become inconsistent between switches.
