Description: Enables generation of firmware upgrade traps. Asynchronous events can be generated by the administrative node whenever a firmware upgrade of the switch occurs. Valid values are off(0), on(1) (default).
What is snetSwitchSWFWTrapEnable?
This read-write value enables or disables trap generation for firmware upgrade events, off(0) or on(1), notifying the administrative node whenever a switch's firmware is upgraded. Admins keep it enabled to get a record of firmware changes across the fabric without manually tracking each switch's version history. It defaults to on.
