What is snetSwitchPortStatus?
This read-only value reports the current state of a specific switch port: unavailable(1), uninstalled(2), noLinkAlive(3), or alive(4). Admins use it as the primary at-a-glance health check for a given port, quickly distinguishing between a physically absent connection versus one that's installed but not seeing link. A status of alive is the expected healthy state for an active, connected port.
