Description:
If the number of output errors drops below the low water mark (threshold) over the interval defined by 'ifErrorRateInterval' then a trap may be generated if enabled by 'ifErrorRateTrapEnable'.
ifErrorOutLowThreshold <= ifErrorOutHighThreshold What errors constitute as output errors is dependant on the interface being monitored.
