Description: SCSI Channel Number

What is scsiChannel?

This value reports the SCSI channel number involved in this trap. Administrators use it, together with the controller number, to narrow down exactly which SCSI bus on a multi-channel controller the reported condition relates to. For example, this identifying channel 0 versus channel 1 on a dual-channel controller tells the admin which specific SCSI bus segment to investigate.
