What is e1T1OutputSSMStateV1?
This object enables or disables generation of an SSM on this output port; disabling it means no SSM at all is sent out. Admins disable this if the downstream device connected to this port doesn't support or need SSM signaling. Setting this to Enable(1) causes the port to transmit synchronization status messages advertising its timing quality to connected equipment.
