What is ppstodInputManualLeapSeconds?
This read-write value, ranging 20-255, manually sets the leap-second offset applied to this timing input. Admins configure it when the timing source doesn't automatically convey the current UTC leap-second count, ensuring the device's derived time-of-day stays correctly aligned with UTC. An admin working with a timing source that doesn't broadcast leap-second updates would set this manually to the currently correct leap-second value, such as 37, to keep TOD output accurate.
