Description: Enables/Disables Access Point Cold Boot trap. Default is disabled(1). This is a generic-trap and the trap code is 0. When not disabled the trap could be directed to TrapHost1, TrapHost2 or all TrapHosts. The apAllTrapsEnable flag should be enabled for this trap to be issued.
