What is swProtocolVLANRowStatus?

This standard RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of a protocol VLAN table entry, creating, activating, or destroying it via SNMP. An admin provisioning a new protocol VLAN sets this to createAndGo, or createAndWait then active, after populating the other columns, and sets it to destroy to remove the entry entirely. For example, after configuring swProtocolVLANProtocolType and swProtocolVLANName for a new entry, an admin would set this object to active(1) to bring the VLAN rule into effect.
