What is smHealthMonitorHighLimit?

A read-write integer setting the high alarm threshold for this monitor, applicable only to temperature and voltage sensors, in degrees Celsius or millivolts respectively. This is the ceiling value an admin configures to trigger an alert or alarm when the monitored temperature or voltage rises above a safe operating range. An admin might set a CPU temperature sensor's high limit to 85 degrees Celsius so an alarm fires if the CPU starts overheating.
