What is stnRouterState?
Reports the operational lifecycle state of this virtual router (e.g. unassigned, assignpend, assigned, failedassign, error), which the stnRouterUp/stnRouterDown traps key off of — an admin polls this after a config change to confirm the router actually reached assigned(4).
