What is sonusStShelfAdmnFailoverGuardTime?
How long, in seconds (2-5, default 2), a timing source can be faulting before the shelf initiates a switchover to another source. An admin lowers this to fail over faster on a critical shelf, or raises it slightly to ride through a brief, self-clearing glitch on the current source.
