What is sonetSectionCurrentSESs?
A counter of Severely Errored Seconds detected at the SONET/SDH Section layer during the current 15-minute interval. An admin treats a nonzero value here as a more serious signal than plain errored seconds, since SESs indicate a second with a much higher error density.
