What is sonetSectionCurrentESs?
A counter of Errored Seconds detected at the SONET/SDH Section layer during the current 15-minute interval. An admin watches this rise in near real time to catch a Section-layer problem (such as framing or signal issues) as it's actively happening, before the interval closes out.
