What is sonetFarEndLineIntervalUASs?
A counter of far-end-reported Unavailable Seconds at the Line layer for one specific completed 15-minute interval in the past 24 hours. An admin uses this to determine whether the remote end of the circuit, not just the local end, was actually down during a given historical interval.
