What is smart5State?

This read-write INTEGER controls the state of "smart" output channel 5, the last of the five smart output channels on this SNR-ERD-4 unit: on(1), off(0), or reset(2). An admin uses it to turn that specific output on/off or pulse a reset on it independently of the other smart channels.
