What is saTgLinkIndex?
A unique index, assigned by the agent, identifying this individual physical link that may be used for a transmission group; the value space is shared with PU (t2node) links. Admins use it to correlate a specific link's saTgLinkSpecific reference to its detailed configuration in one of the snaLink protocol-specific tables.
