What is smonPrioStatsControlCreateTime?
This OID records the device's uptime (in milliseconds) at the moment a priority-based traffic statistics collection rule was created. It lets you detect if statistics were reset or if the rule was deleted and recreated between monitoring polls. An operator uses this timestamp to understand when a statistics collection started, helping them correlate anomalies with rule changes or system restarts.
