Description: This object is used to change the carrierPreselection. When the value of this object and carrierPreselection are equal, then no change is being processed by the agent. If they are not equal, then the agent is processing the requested change. The agent may refuse the change to be made and thus return the value for carrierPreselectionChange to its previous value which is equal to the carrierPreselection value. If the agent accepts the change, the carrierPreselection value will be set equal to the carrierPreselectionChange value.
