Description: This object is used to change the associatedAddressIndStatus. When the value of this object and associatedAddressIndStatus are equal, then no change is being processed by the agent. If they are not equal, then the agent is processing the requested change. The agent may refuse the change to be made and thus return the value for associatedAddressIndStatusChange to its previous value which is equal to the associatedAddressIndStatus value. If the agent accepts the change, the associatedAddressIndStatus value will be set equal to the associatedAddressIndStatusChange value. This object is used to add/delete associated SNI addresses -- associatedAddressInd (either individual or group addresses) to this table.
