Description: Administratively assigned priority for this SM. This can be reset by master SM. 0 is the lowest priority. An out-of-band mechanism shall be provided to set this value. The default value shall be 0.
What is ibSmaSmPriority?
The administratively assigned priority (0 lowest) of this Subnet Manager, used to determine which SM should become master when there are multiple candidates in the fabric.
