What is sleSynceInputSourceControlLockoutState?
This read-write value, used together with sleSynceInputSourceControlRequest (setSynceInputsourceLockout), sets whether the input source named in sleSynceInputSourceControlIfIndex is excluded from clock selection: clear(0) allows it to be selected normally, set(1) locks it out; an admin locks out a source known to have an unreliable clock so it is never chosen automatically.
