What is sleMplsTpTunnelCfgControlSrcIcc?
Sets the source ITU Carrier Code (ICC-ID) for the tunnel under the ITU-T addressing scheme, the writable counterpart to sleMplsTpTunnelCfgInfoSrcIcc. This is entered together with sleMplsTpTunnelCfgControlSrcCc to fully specify the source under the ITU-T scheme.
