What is sleMplsTpOamMegControlOperatorType?
Sets whether a MEG being created or modified uses IETF-style or ITU-T (ICC-based) identifiers; rows using the ICC-based type must also have valid ICC and UMC identifier values before the row can go active. An admin picks the operator type here to match the identifier convention used across the rest of the operator's MPLS-TP network.
